CLR INVESTMENT FUND PUBLIC LIMITED is a Cyprus based Company that invests in securities listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and other stock exchanges abroad, in strategic investments and in business participations of private companies.
The shares of the Company are listed on the Alternative Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, which is a regulated market. The trading code is "CLL".
CLR INVESTMENT FUND PUBLIC LIMITED has more than nine thousand shareholders; as at 31 March 2022, the persons holding more than 5% of its issued share capital were GLOBAL CAPITAL LTD (29.152%), a subsidiary of The Cyprus Development Bank Public Company Limited , and OPTAGIUS LTD (7.562%).

Global Capital Securities and Financial Services Ltd is a Cyprus Investment Firm duly authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to offer a wide range of investment and ancillary services (License Number 015/03).
Board of Directors
Andri Georghiou (Chairman)
She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds the Corporate Finance Qualification. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). She has experience and expertise in the banking and financial sector. She served as a Chief Executive Officer of The Cyprus Development Bank Public Company Limited (CDB BANK) and as an Executive and Non- Executive Member in the Board of Directors of CDB BANK, its subsidiaries and other companies too. During her career in CDB BANK she served as a Chief Financial Officer, General Liquidity Manager , General Banking Manager and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Today she is a Non- Executive Member of a company that acts as a parent company in the which acts as the parent company in the hydrocarbon sector and chairman of the Board of Directors of CLR Investment Fund Public Ltd since 25th of November 2021.
Andreas Matsis (Member)
He was born in Famagusta in 1940. He graduated from the High School of Famagusta and from the Faculty of Law and Economics of the University of Athens. He was involved in family businesses, initially in the field of Building Materials and later after 1974 in the field of Electric Home Appliances and Real Estate Development.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Radio Foundation (1983-1995) member of the Monetary Committee (2000-2013) member of the Central Bank (2008- 2013). Also, he was a member of the Αssociation of Ιmporters for Electric Home Appliances and member of the Board of Directors of Theater Ena.
In 1984 he was elected member of the Board of Directors of the Famagusta Chamber of Commerce and Industry where he has several positions as well as a President in the years 2003-2008. He also served as a vice president of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) from 2008 until 2017.
He participates/participated in various councils of associations/organizations with a social mission.
As a member of the Bicommunal Famagusta Initiative, he participated in committees of the Council for Reconstruction and Resettlement that deal specifically with Famagusta matters.
He is married with Alexandra Taki Georgiades and has two children Yiannis and Myrto.
Kostas Polydorides (Member)
Director in the Polydorides & Associates Consultants Ltd, a firm licensed and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission as an Administrative Services Provider (License No. 68/196), since 2004. Furthermore in January 2020, he serves the firm from the position of the Managing Director.
Kostas obtained the CySEC Financial Services Legal Framework "Advance Certification" as well as he is registered in the AMLCO Public Register of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission - Certificatio Type: AML Compliance Officer (CN1821).
In addition, in 2015 he managed to obtain the Advanced Certificate in Fund Administration from CLT International which allowed him to broaden his knowledge and academic background in the Fund Administration field.
He has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Cyprus International Institute of Management and he also holds a BSc in Hotel and Catering Management from Oxford Brookes University.
